Dirk’s Home Services provides roofing, gutter, ceiling, fascia board, soffit, and general building services in the Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas of Cape Town.
All quotations are free and without obligation unless otherwise stated. Work is carried out according to the written quotation and agreed timelines.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not settled within the agreed period may incur interest or collection costs.
All roofing and related services carry a workmanship guarantee of 2–5 years, depending on the type of service. Material warranties are as per the manufacturer’s conditions.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing access to the property at agreed times.
Ensuring all relevant permissions or approvals are in place (e.g., HOA, municipal).
Prompt communication of any issues during or after the project.
While we take every precaution to ensure quality workmanship, Dirk’s Home Services will not be held liable for indirect losses, delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or third-party interference.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation (such as materials or labour already allocated) will be billed accordingly.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
